摘要
铁死亡是一种特殊的调节性细胞坏死,近年逐渐成为眼科研究领域关注的热点之一。调节性细胞坏死可分为铁死亡、坏死性凋亡、细胞焦亡及自噬性死亡、多腺苷二磷酸核糖聚合酶1依赖性细胞死亡等形式。铁死亡与神经退行性疾病、缺血再灌注损伤及肿瘤等疾病的多器官和组织病理过程有关。铁死亡在青光眼、年龄相关性黄斑变性、视网膜色素变性、视网膜母细胞瘤等致盲性眼病的发病机制中发挥重要作用。
Ferroptosis is a special regulatory cell necrosis,which has gradually become one of the hot spots in the field of ophthalmic research in recent years.Regulatory cell necrosis can be categorized into ferroptosis,necroptosis,pyroptosis and autophagic death,and polyadenylated ribose polymerase 1-dependent cell death.Ferroptosis is associated with multiple organ and histopathological processes in neurodegenerative diseases,ischemia-reperfusion injury and tumors.Ferroptosis plays an important role in the pathogenesis of glaucoma,age-related macular degeneration,retinitis pigmentosa,retinoblastoma and other blinding ophthalmic diseases.
