摘要
骨关节炎(OA)是一种慢性关节疾病,主要表现为关节软骨退化、骨赘形成、软骨下骨重塑和滑膜炎症。目前临床OA多采用药物治疗,但不能修复已经退变的软骨。由于细胞外囊泡(EVs)具有抗炎、促进组织再生、在多种组织中诱导愈合的潜力,EVs一直是再生医学领域的热点。EVs在OA进程中的重要性已逐渐受到关注,且其在软骨修复和OA中的治疗价值逐渐被揭示。EVs已成为OA治疗及预防研究的重点,有望成为未来OA治疗的方向。
Osteoarthritis(OA)is a chronic joint disease,which is mainly manifested by articular cartilage degeneration,osteophyte formation,subchondral bone remodeling and synovial inflammation.At present,OA is mostly treated with drugs in clinical,but it cannot repair the degenerative cartilage.Because extracellular vesicles(EVs)have the potential of anti-inflammation,promoting tissue regeneration and inducing healing in a variety of tissues,EVs has always been a hot spot in the field of regenerative medicine.The importance of EVs in the process of OA has gradually attracted attention,and its therapeutic value in cartilage repair and OA has been gradually revealed.EVs has become the focus of OA treatment and prevention research,and is expected to become the direction of OA treatment in the future.
