摘要 超声可监测整个妊娠周期胎儿生长发育情况,是目前产前检查中最常用的影像学检查,但存在检查效率较低、经验依赖性强等缺点。随着人工智能技术的不断发展,其逐渐被用于产科超声检查的各个方面,主要包括胎儿结构切面的智能识别、产科超声参数的自动测量以及生长发育情况智能辅助评估等。人工智能与产科超声的结合有助于优化产科超声检查的操作流程、缩短检查时间、减少医师工作量、提高检查准确性,从而提高产科超声检查的诊查效率。 Ultrasonography can monitor fetal growth and development throughout the pregnancy cycle,which is the most commonly used imaging examination in prenatal examination,but it has some disadvantages,such as low efficiency and strong doctor experience dependence.With the continuous development of artificial intelligence technology,it is gradually used in all aspects of obstetric ultrasound examination,mainly including the intelligent identification of fetal structural section,the automatic measurement of obstetric ultrasound parameters and the intelligent auxiliary evaluation of growth and development.The combination of artificial intelligence and obstetric ultrasound helps to optimize the operation process of obstetric ultrasonogrpahy,shorten the examination time,reduce the workload of doctors and improve the accuracy of examination,so as to improve the diagnosis efficiency of obstetric ultrasonography.
