摘要 高校师德失范行为屡屡发生,这一定程度上说明高校师德规范的失灵。高校师德规范失灵的主要原因有:师德的规范性欠缺导致缺乏指引作用,师德措施背离师德发展规律导致目的与手段不契合,师德规范评价不合理导致评价结果偏颇。基于此,可通过高校师德概念重塑与规范整合提高师德规范性,奠定高校师德规范的基础;针对个人的多样化措施引进与针对集体的管理措施改进有助于实现立法目标,创造培育师德的良好环境;主观过程评价与规范科学评价将提高师德评价的公正性、合理性与科学性,保证高校教师行为得到公允的评价。 The misbehavior of teachers in colleges and universities is repeatedly reported,and the effort to standardize the morality of teachers in colleges and universities has not been effective.The lack of standardized teacher morality leads to the lack of guiding role.The measures for improving teacher morality standards deviate from the law of the development of teacher morality,resulting in incompatibility between purpose and means,and the unreasonable evaluation of teacher morality standards leads to biased evaluation results.Through reshaping the concept of teacher morality in colleges and universities and the integration of norms,the standardization of teacher morality is improved,thus laying the foundation of teacher morality standards in colleges and universities.The introduction of diversified measures for individuals and the improvement of management measures for collectives can help achieve legislative objectives and create a good environment for cultivating teacher morality.Subjective process evaluation and standardized scientific evaluation will improve the fairness,rationality and scientificity of teacher morality evaluation,and ensure that the behavior of teachers in colleges and universities is fairly evaluated.
