我国672家三级甲等综合医院院训的分析与思考

Research on 672 mottos of top general hospital in China

目的提炼医院核心理念,指导综合医院发展和建设。方法2021年5月—9月首先在医盟网、中华康网和百度百科网页搜集全国三级甲等综合医院名单,然后到医院官方网站收集相关信息,最后将672条院训数据输入Excel 2007统计分析。结果672条院训涉及7个区域、9类医院,医院床位500~10000张。结论672条院训在每类分组中各具特点,核心内容体现在“厚德”“创新”“仁爱”“精医”“敬业”和“奉献”。

Objective To refine the core values of a hospital to guide the development and construction of the general hospital.Methods From May to September,2021,the list of general tertiary hospitals in China was searched from the web pages of Medical Alliance,China Kang,and Baidu Encyclopedia,and then relevant information was collected from the official websites of hospitals,and finally 672 hospital motto data were entered into Excel 2007 for statistical analysis.Results The 672 hospital mottos involved 7 regions and 9 styles of hospitals with 500-10000 hospital beds.Conclusion Each of the 672 hospital mottos has its characteristics in each grouping,and the core contents are reflected in'social morals','innovation','benevolence','excellent medicine',and'dedication','dedication'and'devotion'.
