同伴支持干预法对中青年重症心衰患者负性情绪及预后的影响

Influence of peer support intervention on negative emotion and prognosis of young and middle-aged patients with severe heart failure

目的 探讨同伴支持干预法对中青年重症心衰患者负性情绪及预后的影响。方法 选取2019年2月—2020年2月在海南省人民医院心血管重症科住院的青年心力衰竭患者120例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,两组例数分别为60例。对照组实施常规护理措施,观察组采用同伴支持干预法进行干预。比较两组干预前后心脏标志物水平、焦虑抑郁水平、全因死亡率、再入院发生率。结果 干预后观察组焦虑评分、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05),心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、氨基末端pro脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),全因死亡发生率与对照组比较降低(P<0.05),因心衰再入院发生率与对照组比较降低(P<0.05)。结论 同伴支持干预法可以减轻青年重症心衰患者的焦虑与抑郁情绪,改变患者心脏标志物水平,降低其全因死亡率与再入院发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of peer support intervention on negative emotion and prognosis in young and middle-aged patients with severe heart failure.Methods A total of 120 young patients with heart failure who were admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the number of the two groups was 60.The control group received routine nursing measures,and the Observation Group received peer support intervention.Before and after intervention,the levels of cardiac markers,anxiety and depression,all-cause mortality and readmission rate were compared between the two groups.Results after intervention,cTnI and NT-proBN in the observation group were significantly different from the control group(P<0.05)After intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of all-cause death in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of readmission due to heart failure was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Peer support intervention can reduce the anxiety and depression of young patients with severe heart failure,change the level of cardiac markers,and reduce all-cause mortality and readmission rate.
