课程思政话语体系的历史演进、课程论意义及其未来路向 被引量:4

The Historical Evolution of Discourse System of Courses for Ideology and Political Education,the Significance of Curriculum Theory and Its Future Direction

摘要 德育是学校教育的重要组成部分。新中国成立以来,我国德育经历了以下四个阶段:独立设课,目标指向思想政治教育;独立设课,目标指向思想政治工作;学科渗透,目标指向思想品德与政治教育;课程思政,目标指向“三全育人”。在演进过程中,德育也经历了一系列内部发展,包括:在话语表达上,从经验性话语逐步形成具有中国特色的课程思政话语体系;在治理方式上,从独立设课、学科渗透逐步形成“三全育人”治理体系;在推进方式上,从政策制度推进逐步发展到“自觉思政”德育局面。课程思政话语体系的课程论意义在于:在目标上明确了贯彻落实新时代立德树人的根本遵循;在内容上指出要诠释当代课程育人的精神意义与文化价值;在贯彻落实上提出要建构课堂内外相结合的课程协同育人机制;在评价上致力于构建多元立体的课程思政建设质量评价体系。展望未来,我国学校德育必须以落实立德树人为根本任务,强化课程思政的价值导向;以解决中国问题为研究取向,推动学校德育的理论创新;以全学段覆盖贯通为整体架构,建构“大中小学思政课一体化”体系;以“三全育人”为育人格局,构建课程思政文化自觉共同体。 Moral education is an important part of school education.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,it has gone through four stages:independent courses aiming at political and ideological education,independent courses aiming at ideological and political work,subject infiltration aiming at ideological character and political education,and courses for ideology and political education aiming at “Three Aspects of Education”.In terms of discourse expression,it has gradually formed the Chinese expression of discourse system of courses for ideology and political education from empirical discourse;in terms of governance structure,it has gradually formed the governance structure of “Three Aspects of Education” from independent courses and subject infiltration;in terms of promotion mode,it has gradually created the “conscious moral education” from policy system promotion.In summarizing the significance of the curriculum theory of the transmutation of the discourse system of courses for ideology and political education,we could find that it gradually clarifies the fundamental guideline of moral education in the new era in terms of curriculum objectives,points to the spiritual significance and cultural value of curriculum education in terms of curriculum content interpretation,constructs a collaborative mechanism of curriculum education inside and outside the classroom in terms of curriculum implementation,and builds a multi-dimensional quality evaluation system of the construction of courses for ideology and political education.Looking ahead,moral education in China’s schools must implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and strengthen the value orientation of courses for ideology and political education,take Chinese issues as the target orientation and promote the theory innovation of courses for ideology and political education with Chinese characteristics,build an integrated system of courses for ideology and political education in primary schools,secondary schools and universities with the overall structure of coverage and coherence of the whole school section,and create the “Three Aspects of Education” education pattern and build a conscious community of the culture of courses for ideology and political education.
