摘要 新的义务教育课程方案颁发了,其中有一个重要变化:增加了"基本原则",设置了五条,并作了简明的阐释。基本原则是说话或做事的标准或法则,是从自然与人类历史上抽象出来的,透射了基本规律。深入进行课改必须认真学习,准确领会基本原则的核心要义。基本原则其实是课改的思想框架、方向性策略,是课程改革指导思想的具体凝练,其实质是聚焦育人。基本原则也从时代的视角加以整合,形成了一个完整的结构,这一结构具有召唤性,鼓舞着课改者。五条基本原则从方向、对象、内容、机制和方式方面形成了课改的育人图谱。我们要认真贯彻落实基本原则,一定要确立新的人才观,为培养拔尖创新人才打好基础;一定要构建更高水平的因材施教,弘扬中华优秀文化;一定要将基本原则转化为丰富、生动的实践形态,引导学生从"本源"中学,在课程的综合处开拓,在实践中创造。 One important change in the newly promulgated curriculum program is the addition of "basic principles", which are set out in five articles and explained in a concise manner.The basic principles are the standards or laws of speaking or doing,abstracted from the history of nature and human beings,reflecting the basic rules.To carry out in-depth curriculum reform,we must study carefully and accurately understand the core meaning of the basic principles.The basic principles are in fact the ideological framework and directional strategies of curriculum reform,a concrete condensation of the guiding ideology of curriculum reform,which is in essence focused on nurturing people.The basic principles are also integrated from the perspective of the times to form a complete structure,which is inspirational and encourages the curriculum reformers.The five basic principles form a human development map of curriculum reform in terms of direction,object,content,mechanism and approach.We must conscientiously implement the basic principles,establish a new view of talent,and lay a good foundation for cultivating outstanding and innovative talents.We must build a higher level of teaching in accordance with the needs of the students and promote the excellent Chinese culture.We must translate the basic principles into rich and vivid practical forms,and guide students to learn from the "origin",to develop their vision in the synthesis of the curriculum,and to create in the process of practice.
