摘要
针对河南天元选煤厂入洗原煤中的细粒级煤泥含量不断增加的现状,分析了现有分选系统存在的问题,并提出了新增粗煤泥FBS分选系统的改造方案。生产实践表明,粗煤泥FBS分选系统技改有效提高了重介系统分选效率,降低了介耗,解决了浮选系统处理能力不足的问题,同时提高了单位时间入洗量,降低了能耗,提升了企业的综合经济效益。
In view of the increasing fine slime content of washed raw coal in HenanTianyuan Coal Preparation Plant,the existing problems of the existing separation system were analyzed,and the reform scheme of the new coarse slime FBS separation system was put forward.The field production practice shows that the technical reform of FBS separation system of coarse coal slime can effectively improve the separation efficiency of heavy medium system,reduce medium consumption,solve the problem of insufficient processing capacity of flotation system,improve the washing amount per unit time,reduce energy consumption,and enhance the comprehensive economic benefits of enterprises.
