孔庄选煤厂机械选矸系统研究

Study on mechanical gangue separation system in Kongzhuang Coal Preparation Plant

针对孔庄选煤厂原煤矸石含量大,人工手选机械化、自动化水平低,手选压力较大等问题,提出3种选矸工艺,经方案比选,建议采用重介浅槽分选机机械选矸代替人工手选。

In view of the large content of raw coal gangue in Kongzhuang Coal Preparation Plant,the use of manual separation,low mechanization,automation level and large manual separation pressure,three waste separation process schemes are proposed and compared,and it is suggested to use the heavy medium shallow groove separator to mechanically select waste instead of manual separation.
