摘要 介绍了粗煤泥干扰床分选机工作原理,分析总结了粗煤泥干扰床分选机应用现状及存在问题。为此,设计了简单实用的智能化粗煤泥分选控制系统,拟通过实施后,能够保障TBS干扰床分选机运行的连续可靠性,提升精煤稳定率、合格率,从而提高商品精煤合格率。 Introduce the working principle of crude coal mud interferes with the bed separator,analyses and summarizes the application status quo and existing problem of it.For this,we designed a simple and practical intelligent crude coal slime separation control system,after it was implemented,It can guarantee the continuous reliability of TBS interference bed sorter operation,and improve the stability rate and percent of pass of cleaned coal,thus improve the qualified rate of commodity qualified coal.
