摘要
镇城底矿选煤厂浮选系统目前以人工操作为主,因劳动强度大、岗位操作人员多、加药粗放、药耗高、浮选精煤灰分波动较大,造成精煤质量不稳定。通过与设备厂家沟通,并向相关选煤厂调研后,拟采用智能加药系统解决当前问题,同时挖掘现有设备潜能,以实现降耗提效,提高产品质量,增加经济效益的目的。
For the current town bottom coal processing plant flotation and drug application status analysis,through communication with manufacturers and related coal processing plants to understand.It is expected that by increasing the intelligent drug processing system to solve the problems of many flotation posts in our factory,large labor intensity,high drug consumption,flotation fine coal ash fluctuations,while realizing the potential of mining equipment,reduce consumption efficiency,improve product quality,increase economic efficiency,for my factory management"run,run,drip,leak"to provide a solution.
