摘要
CT9000(plus)/(Laser)型小氧弹全自动量热仪虽然自动化程度较高,但在使用过程中出现的各种问题,一直困扰着检测人员。通过对该量热仪的氧弹、点火系统、充放氧系统、搅拌系统、水循环系统等在实验过程中常见的故障进行分析,给出合理的解决方法,同时介绍了如何正确维护量热仪,从而降低使用成本,提高样品发热量测定效率、精密度及准确度,使该仪器真正服务于各企事业单位。
CT9000(plus)/(Laser)small oxygen bomb full-automatic calorimeter has a high degree of automation.Various problems in the process of use have always troubled the inspectors.Through the analysis of the common faults of the calorimeter in the experimental process of oxygen bomb,ignition system,oxygen charging and discharging system,mixing system,water circulation system and so on,this paper gives a reasonable solution,and introduces how to correctly maintain the calorimeter daily,so as to reduce the use cost,improve the efficiency,precision and accuracy of measuring sample calorific value,and make the instrument truly serve all enterprises and institutions.
