统编教材《道德与法治》及《思想政治》配套教学资源需求调查

A Survey on the Demands for Teaching Resources Supporting the Unified Textbooks Morality and the Rule of Law and Ideology and Political Education

摘要 教材配套的教学资源是促进教师教学和学生学习的重要工具,对立德树人根本任务的实现有十分重要的影响。了解教师对教学资源的需求,可促进需求导向的建设。调查发现:统编《道德与法治》及高中《思想政治》教材的配套资源,教师的教学用书、学生的练习册利用最普遍,但教学设计、教学课件、教学案例、活动方案等资源较少,存在类型单一、内容单薄、系统性不足等问题。教师最需要的教学资源包括优秀的教学设计、教材相关的教学素材、案例及教学活动方案,教学课件、音频视频资料,习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想、中华优秀传统文化等主题内容。教师的需求有共性,也随着学校类型、位置,教师教龄、职称的变化有所不同。教学资源建设要加大县城和农村地区、普通学校的教师关注的基础性教学资源,也要考虑大中城市、重点学校、高级职称的教师需要的高层次教学资源,并激发部分教师的职业动力,提升资源的利用效能。 Teaching resources supporting textbooks are important tools to facilitate teachers’teaching and students’learning,and have a very important impact on the realization of the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.Understanding teachers’demands for teaching resources could promote the demand-oriented construction.The survey found that the supporting resources of the unified textbooks Morality and the Rule of Law and Ideology and Political Education,teachers’teaching books and students’exercise books are widely used,while resources about teaching design,teaching courseware,teaching case,activity program are less available,with the problems such as limited types,thin content and insufficient systematization of resources.The teaching resources most needed by teachers include:excellent teaching designs,teaching materials,cases and teaching activity programs related to textbooks,teaching courseware,audio and video materials,and resources about Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and excellent Chinese traditional culture.The demands of teachers have commonality and also vary with the types and locations of schools,and the teaching ages and titles of teachers.In the construction of teaching resources,we should not only focus on the basic teaching resources that teachers in the county and rural areas and ordinary schools are concerned about,but also consider the high-level teaching resources needed by teachers with senior titles in key schools of large and medium-sized cities.Meanwhile,the professional motivation of some teachers to improve the effectiveness of their use of resources should be stimulated.
