特色小镇乡村振兴与乡村旅游耦合协调发展研究——以河北周窝音乐小镇为例

A Research on the Coupling and Coordinated Development of Rural Revitalization and Rural Tourism in Characteristic Towns

为进一步探讨特色小镇乡村振兴与乡村旅游之间的耦合协调关系,利用综合评价模型和耦合协调度评价模型测度了2012—2019年周窝音乐小镇乡村振兴与乡村旅游之间的综合评价指数、协调度、耦合协调度,结果表明:乡村振兴与乡村旅游两系统的综合评价指数呈上升趋势,乡村旅游系统的综合评价指数总体高于乡村振兴系统,周窝音乐小镇属于乡村旅游主导型耦合协调;两者之间的耦合效应明显,耦合度发展较为平稳,但尚未达到极度耦合,处于中度耦合与相互适应阶段;耦合协调度经历了低度—中度—高度协调耦合阶段,耦合协调态势逐渐趋于良好,说明未来周窝音乐小镇乡村旅游与乡村振兴还有很大的提升、发展空间。据此提出促进旅游资源整合、完善小镇系统功能、提升旅游品质与知名度等发展建议。

In order to further explore the coupling coordination between rural revitalization and rural tourism in characteristic towns,the paper uses the comprehensive evaluation model and coupling coordination degree evaluation model to measure the comprehensive evaluation index,coordination degree,and the coupling coordination degree between rural revitalization and rural tourism in Zhouwo Music Town from 2012 to 2019.The results show that(1)the comprehensive evaluation index of rural revitalization and rural tourism maintains an upward trend,under which the index of the latter is generally higher than that of the former,making Zhouwo Music Town a rural-tourism-led tourist attraction;(2)with an obvious coupling effect,the coupling degree between the two enjoys a relatively smooth development,but it is in the stage of moderate coupling and mutual adaptation rather than extremely high coupling;(3)having experienced a low-moderate-high coordination coupling stage,the coupling coordination between the two tends to be favorable,indicating that there is still a lot of room for improvement in and for development of rural tourism and rural revitalization in Zhouwo Music Town in the future.Based on this,the paper puts forward some suggestions for development like promoting the integration of tourism resources,improving the functions of the town system,and enhancing visitors’travel experience and the popularity of tourist destinations.
