数字化转型对企业绩效的影响机理:技术视角的解释

Influence Mechanism of Digital Transformation on Business Performance:Explanation from the Technological Perspective

随着供给侧结构性改革的不断推进,企业为实现高质量发展纷纷迈入以数字化转型提高企业绩效的发展道路。以2015—2020年1515家民营高科技上市企业数据为样本,实证研究囿于政府支持环境下数字化转型、技术创新能力对企业绩效的直接影响和耦合机制。研究发现:民营高科技企业数字化转型显著提高了企业绩效,且企业技术创新能力在其中发挥了中介作用,政府通过财政补贴等政策支持正向调节了数字化转型对技术创新能力的影响。从技术视角揭示了民营高科技企业数字化转型对企业绩效的影响机理,提示民营高科技企业应持续加大数字化投入、增强技术创新能力和争取政府财政支持,驱动企业实现转型发展。

With the continuous promotion of supply-side structural reform,enterprises are moving towards digital transformation to improve their performance so that high-quality development can be achieved.Using the sample data of 1,515 listed private tech companies from 2015 to 2020,the empirical study focuses on the direct impact and coupling mechanism of digital transformation and technological innovation capability on business performance in a government-supported environment.The study finds that(1)the digital transformation of private tech enterprises significantly improved firm performance,in which these firms’technological innovation capabilities played a mediating role;(2)government support in the form of financial subsidies and other policies positively moderated the impact of digital transformation on technological innovation capabilities.From the technological perspective,the paper demonstrates the influence mechanism of digital transformation on the performance of private tech enterprises and suggests that private tech enterprises should continue to increase their digital investment,enhance their technological innovation capabilities and seek government financial support to drive their transformation and development.
