我国数字经济产业特征及发展评价研究

A Study on Industrial Characteristics and Development Evaluation of China’s Digital Economy

在信息时代,数字信息技术的发展成为经济发展的重要动力。我国数字经济发展迅速,经济规模持续扩大,数字经济以大数据技术、云平台服务、人工智能等服务为依托,发展的广度和深度不断扩展,成为促进经济发展的重要推动力量。本文以投入产出表为基础,运用社会网络分析法,构建产业网络模型。既能分析数字经济产业的特征,又能分析数字经济产业与其他产业之间的相互关系。通过实证分析发现,在2005-2015年之间,我国产业发展表现出了极强的阶段化特征,其中2005-2010年间,产业中心少,产业发展分散。2010年,我国产业密集值为0.1915,在2015年数字产业密集值为0.2033。从整体上来看,我国数字经济的发展水平差异较大,在同一区域内的溢出效应有限,东部地区发展较快,中部地区集中发展。在同一区域内逐渐表现出了抱团发展的趋势,融合程度加深,一般来看,邻近地区的发展水平差异不大,逐渐产生了较强的联动效应。从侧面也反映了数字经济的发展可能会降低区域之间的经济发展差异,数字经济的发展有利于加快区域经济的协调发展,缩小区域之间的经济差距。

In the information age, the development of digital information technology has become an important driving force for economic development.China’s digital economy has experienced a booming development with an increasing economic scale.Based on big data technology, cloud platform services, and artificial intelligence, the digital economy is expanding in breadth and depth, making it an important driving force for economic development.On the basis of input-output tables, this paper uses Social Network Analysis to construct an industrial network model.It analyzes not only the characteristics of digital economy industry, but also the relationship between the industry and other industries.Through empirical analysis, it is found that from 2005 to 2015,China’s industrial development showed distinctive characteristics at different stages, and that the period from 2005 to 2010 was featured by a few industrial centers and scattered industrial development.In 2010,China’s industry density was 0.1915,while in 2015,its digital density reached 0.2033.At the national level, China’s digital economy presents a rather varied picture.With the relatively rapid growth in the eastern regions and the concentrated development in the central regions, it has limited spillover effect in the same region.The trend of collaborative development emerges in the same region with greater integration.Generally speaking, there is little difference in the development of neighboring regions, which gradually produces a rather strong linkage effect.It is also shown that the development of digital economy can reduce the regional economic disparities and accelerate the coordinated development of regional economy.
