摘要
绿色经济和经济高质量发展对物流资源环境效率提出了更高的要求,而对物流资源环境效率准确合理测度是提升效率的重要方式。为此,以非径向DEA模型为基础建立城市物流资源环境效率测度方法,并运用于长三角区域的城市物流资源环境效率分析。研究结果表明:(1)城市间物流资源环境效率呈现不均衡状态;(2)城市物流资源环境效率和非期望产出效率存在相关关系;(3)95%城市对于非能源投入使用充分,近一半城市需在能源投入、期望产出和非期望产出方面提升。
Green economy and high-quality economic development requires higher environmental efficiency of the logistics, and an accurate and reasonable measurement of the efficiency is an important way to improve it.Therefore, based on the non-radial DEA model, the paper establishes the measurement method for environmental efficiency of urban logistics and applies it to analyze environmental efficiency of the logistics among cities in the Yangtze River Delta.The research results show that:(1) environmental efficiency of the logistics among cities in the Yangtze River Delta is unbalanced;(2) there is a correlation between environmental efficiency of urban logistics and the undesirable output efficiency;(3) 95% of the cities make full use of non-energy input, and nearly half of the cities need to improve their energy input, as well as desirable and undesirable output.
