免试认定教师资格背景下综合性大学教师教育发展路径研究

Research on the Development Path of Teacher Education in Comprehensive Universities under the Background of Exemption from Examination for Teacher Qualifications

摘要 《教育类研究生和公费师范生免试认定中小学教师资格改革实施方案》明确规定,教育类研究生及公费师范生可免国家中小学教师资格证考试,通过认定取得中小学教师资格。这一举措为综合性大学教师教育质量的提高带来了机遇,同时综合性大学也面临着角色定位模糊、教育学科发展的两极分化以及自身的专业局限等挑战。在此背景下,综合性大学应在管理上利用自身优势,实现开放发展;在课程上深化学科融合,强化实践操作;在评价上建立考核体系,加强质量监测。 The"Implementation Plan for the Reform of Educational Postgraduates and Public-funded Teachers'Exemption and Certification of Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualifications"clearly stipulates that educational graduates and publicly-funded normal students can be exempted from the national primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination and directly obtain primary and secondary school teacher qualifications.This move has brought opportunities to improve the quality of teacher education in comprehensive universities.At the same time,comprehensive universities are also facing challenges such as fuzzy role positioning,polarization in the development of educational disciplines,and their own professional limitations.In this context,comprehensive universities should make use of their own advantages in management to achieve open development,deepen the integration of disciplines in the curriculum in order to strengthen practical operations and establish an assessment system in evaluation and quality monitoring.
