“党建+管理”视角下大学生四级寝室网格育人模式

学生党员政治强、业务精、纪律严、作风正,是新时代高校做好思想政治教育、推动工作提质增效可以挖掘的核心骨干和重要力量。党建引领育人目标下,构建以学生党员为核心的院系党委负责人-辅导员-党员网格员-寝室长四级寝室网格管理模式,发挥“党建+管理”育人合力,提高党建引领育人工作的精细化水平,深化大学生思想政治教育工作,培育和弘扬社会主义核心价值观。

Student party members have politics strength,professional excellence,strict discipline,and positive work style,which is the core backbone and important force that can be excavated by colleges and universities in the new era to do a good job in ideological and political education and promote the improvement of work quality and efficiency.Under the goal of party building leading the education of people,we will build a four-level dormitory grid management model of the head of the party committee of the department with student party members as the core-counselors-party member grid members-dormitory chiefs,give play to the joint force of party building+management and education,improve the refinement level of party building to lead the work of educating people,deepen the ideological and political education of college students,and cultivate and carry forward the core socialist values.
