摘要 新时期全面提高人才培养质量,必须将学生导向深度学习,而导向深度学习的教学需要互动对话。如今“对话式教学”在大学课堂中已然成为一种常用的教学范式,但这种教学范式也暴露出诸多问题,导致部分大学生的学习仍处于浅层学习水平。基于此,可通过构建对话教学共同体,让课堂互动对话成为一种自觉;强调批判与整合,在学习障碍处展开持续深钻互动;走近学生,通过对话捕捉和发现学习需求;正确把握生成性目标与预设性目标的关系,确保教学目标的有效落实。运用这些策略重构深刻的对话式教学,从而将大学生的学习导向深入。 In the new era,for the comprehensive improvement of the quality of undergraduate education,students must be directed to deep learning,and the teaching requires interactive dialogue.Nowadays,"dialogic teaching"has become a common teaching paradigm in college classrooms,but this teaching paradigm has also exposed many problems,leading to some college students still in a shallow level of learning.Based on this,classroom dialogue can become a conscious by building dialogue teaching community;emphasizing criticism and integration,continuous deep interaction at learning barriers;approach students,capture and discover learning needs through dialogue;correctly grasp the relationship between generative goals and preset goals,ensure the effective implementation of teaching goals,so as to guide college students'learning.
