数字法治背景下高校法学专业混合实践教学模式研究与实践

Research and practice of hybrid practice teaching model for university law majors in the context of digital rule of law

为了满足社会对法学人才的需求,在法学专业教学中,不仅要重视学生扎实的理论知识素养的培育,也要重视学生法学实践素养的培育。但在法学专业实践教学改革过程中却遭遇到新的难题,亟待解决。疫情发生后,由于线上优秀教育资源的推广、信息技术在高校教学的广泛应用以及智慧司法行政的出现为破解这一难题提供了新思路,混合实践教学也应运而生。混合实践教学实现了教育与技术的有机结合,克服了传统法学实践教学的缺陷,提高了法学实践教学的效果,而且将法学专业课程思政内容融入了教学全过程,提升了育人质量。

In order to meet the needs of society for legal talents,in the teaching of legal professions,we must not only attach importance to the cultivation of students'solid theoretical knowledge literacy,but also pay attention to the cultivation of students'legal practice literacy.However,in the process of teaching reform in the practice of law,it has encountered new difficulties and needs to be solved urgently.After the epidemic due to the promotion of online excellent educational resources,the wide application of information technology in university teaching and the emergence of intelligent judicial administration have provided new ideas to crack this problem,and hybrid practice teaching has come into being.The hybrid practice teaching realises the organic combination of education and technology,overcomes the shortcomings of traditional law practice teaching,improves the effectiveness of law practice teaching,and also integrates the content of thinking and politics of law courses into the whole teaching process,which improves the quality of education.
