血清胆碱酯酶联合cTnⅠ检测在急诊脓毒症患者临床诊断、病情评估中的应用分析

摘要 目的:分析血清胆碱酯酶(Cholinesterase,ChE)联合肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(Cardiac troponin I,cTnⅠ)检测在急诊脓毒症患者临床诊断、病情评估中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年9月至2021年5月本院收治的脓毒症患者128例为观察组,根据病情程度分为脓毒症(n=40),严重脓毒症(n=45),脓毒症休克(n=43);另选取同时间在本院呼吸内科体检的健康者118例为对照组。通过不同人群、不同病情严重程度血清ChE、cTnⅠ水平及APACHEⅡ分值对比诊断效能。结果:观察组血清ChE水平低于对照组,cTnⅠ水平高于对照组(P<0.05);脓毒症休克血清ChE水平低于脓毒症、严重脓毒症,且cTnⅠ水平及APACHEⅡ分值均高于脓毒症、严重脓毒症(P<0.05)。结论:ChE、cTnⅠ检测对急诊脓毒症患者临床诊断、病情评估具有重要意义,且两者联合检测应用效果更佳。
