基于社会网络分析的长江中游城市群专利转让网络结构研究 被引量:2

Research on the Patent Transfer Network Structure of the Urban Agglomeration in the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River Based on Social Network Analysis

摘要 基于2018年11月至2021年11月的专利转让数据,采用社会网络分析法对长江中游城市群专利转让的网络结构宏观特征和8个具体技术领域网络结构微观特征进行研究。结果表明:在宏观层面上,长江中游城市群专利转让网络密度较低,网络结构松散,边缘城市较多,区域一体化目标尚未完成;南昌和株洲作为专利技术创新高地,其技术集聚与辐射能力有待进一步增强,两个城市节点的层次不清晰;长江中游城市群31个城市之间专利转让强度有待增强,专利转出与转入不均衡,双向关联城市对较少导致网络结构不稳固。在微观层面上,长江中游城市群8个具体技术领域专利转让网络密度都较低,各城市节点在不同技术领域网络中的位置存在差别,其中天门在不同技术领域专利转让网络中多次成为孤岛。最后在研究结论的基础上,对长江中游城市群专利转让发展提出针对性建议。 With the rapid development of technology and economy,the inter-regional technol⁃ogy transfer is more closely connected,and the inter-regional network structure also behaves new structural characteristics.The urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River is the main strategic location for the rise of China's urban agglomeration.As an important growth pole of regional development,the research on its patent transfer network structure is of great significance for promoting the regional development of the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and promoting the national innovation process.Therefore,based on the patent transfer data from November 2018 to November 2021,the social network analysis method is employed to study the macro characteristics of the network structure of patent transfer in the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,as well as the mi⁃cro characteristics of the network structure of 8 specific technical fields.The main research conclusions are as follows:At the macro level,the overall density of the patent transfer network in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River city cluster is relatively low,and the network structure is relatively loose.It has not yet formed a whole to gather in the middle,and the goal of regional integration has not been achieved.The patent transfer network structure of the urban agglomera⁃tion in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River has very obvious core-edge characteristics.There are few core city nodes and too many edge city nodes,and the patent transfer connection between the city nodes in the edge area is weak.The level of nodes for cities in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River urban agglomeration is not clear,and there is a lack of sub-central cities connected with central cities.The intensity of patent transfer among the 31 cities in the ur⁃ban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River needs to be strengthened.Besides,the patent transfer out and transfer in for city nodes are not balanced,and less two-way related city pairs lead to the unstable network structure.At the micro level,the density of patent transfer networks in the eight specific technical fields of the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River is relatively low.The patent transfer network with IPC classification num⁃bers B,C,and H are relatively dense,and the network structure of other technical fields is very loose.Cities in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River Most of the cities including in the clus⁃ter do not have key technical fields and have not formed the advantages of regional characteristic industries.Finally,on the basis of the above research conclusions,it is proposed from the overall level that the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River should,give full play to the regional technology,industry and location advantages according to its own resource endowment of economy,industry and technology.From the node connection level,it proposes an optimization proposal at the level of city node connection that should promote the free circulation of resources within the group,so that the patent transfer network changes from the splicing state of weak connections of various sectors to the state of aggregation.From the level of node level,it is suggested that the central city should be strengthened and the regional sub-centers should be planned.The central city and sub-central city should jointly drive the development of the pe⁃ripheral city.Each city node should rely on the existing technology and industrial foundation to actively carry out technical exchanges with the cities in the region.
