Current situation and research progress of labiaplasty of the labia majora

随着社会的发展,女性对自身外生殖器的关注度逐渐增加,外生殖器整形手术的需求也越来越高。大阴唇作为女性外生殖器最明显的结构之一,占据外生殖器审美的重要部分。经查阅文献发现,关于大阴唇整形的报道较少,该文就这方面作一综述,阐述大阴唇的解剖、大阴唇萎缩、肥大的治疗方式及其并发症。

With the development of society,women’s attention to their external genitals is gradually increasing,genitalia plastic surgery has also achieved a dramatic of development.The labia majora,as one of the most obvious structures of female external genitalia,occupies an important part of external genital aesthetics.After reviewing the literature,we found that there are few reports on plastic surgery of labia majora,so we make a review on this aspect to discusse the anatomy of the labia majora,the treatments of atrophy and hypertrophy of labia majora,and the complications of these therapies.
