摘要
科技创新是推动绿色发展的重要驱动力。探讨珠三角地区科技创新与绿色发展二者之间相互作用的协调机制。采用熵值法、耦合协调模型对2013-2018年珠三角地区各城市科技创新与绿色发展综合水平及耦合协调度进行测算,分析两者之间的耦合协调。提出珠三角科技创新与绿色发展相关建议,对“碳中和”背景下珠三角地区作好绿色示范提供参考借鉴。
Scientific and technological innovation is an important driving force to promote green development. Based on the coordination mechanism of the interaction between scientific and technological innovation and green development in the Pearl River Delta, this paper uses entropy method and coupling coordination model to calculate the comprehensive level and coupling coordination degree of scientific and technological innovation and green development in cities in the Pearl River Delta from 2013 to 2018, and analyzes the coupling coordination between them, This paper puts forward relevant suggestions on the coordinated development of scientific and technological innovation and green development in cities in the Pearl River Delta, which has reference significance for the Pearl River Delta to play a green demonstration role, promote the sustainable and healthy development of China’s economy and enhance China’s scientific and technological innovation ability under the background of "carbon neutrality".
