金融科技产业的发展对金融科技国际化人才培养提出了新要求。高等院校金融科技相关专业要立足技术基础、产业发展和学情保障,明确和优化人才培养目标,对接国际标准,完善顶层设计,认证国际资质,探索金融科技国际化人才培养的新路径,满足金融科技产业国际化发展对高素质、复合型人才的新要求,助力加快构建双循环新发展格局。

With the iteration and upgrading of internet finance to FinTech,the specialty of"Internet Finance"in the new professional catalog published by the Chinese Ministry of Education has been replaced by"Financial Technology Application".Under the new pattern of all-round opening to the outside world,the international development of China’s FinTech industry,the promotion of the digital RMB internationalization project and the export of financial infrastructures such as mobile payment to the countries along the"Belt and Road"have also put forward new requirements for the cultivation of FinTech internationalized talents.Based on the technical foundation,industrial development and academic situations,the FinTech-related majors in higher education institutions should clarify and optimize the talent cultivation objectives,align with international standards,improve top-level design,enhance teachers’qualities,certify international qualifications in order to explore new cultivation path for FinTech international talents.The new path of FinTech international talents cultivation will meet the new requirements of high quality and composite human resources for the international development of the FinTech industry in China and help accelerate the construction of a new development pattern of dual circulation.
