丽水市传统村落空间布局及影响因素研究

Study on Spatial Layout and Influencing Factors of Traditional Villages in Lishui City

通过百度地图API接口爬取得到浙江省丽水市国家级传统村落257个POI数据点,利用核密度分析和不平衡指数分析,研究丽水市传统村落空间的集散程度;以空间句法模型对丽水市城市道路的交通可达性进行分析。结果表明:第一,根据核密度分析与不平衡指数可知,丽水市传统村落空间布局较不平衡,村落主要集中在松阳县、景宁畲族自治县以及龙泉市,分布状态呈现凝聚型空间布局;第二,绝大部分的丽水市传统村落,其分布更偏向于海拔较高、远离河流湖泊水系,坡度较低且坡向为阳、城镇经济化水平较低、交通不通达的区域;第三,松江县现存的中国传统村落其建筑营构、风貌布局、宗族习俗、风土民情等通过古民居被完整地保留下来,该县采取相应措施合理处置村落开发、保护与继承之间的关系,且试点结果备受各方的赞誉。

Totally 257 POI data points of national-level traditional villages in Lishui City,Zhejiang Province were obtained through Baidu map API interface.The spatial distribution of traditional villages in Lishui City was studied by using kernel density analysis and imbalance index analysis.The traffic accessibility of urban roads in Lishui City was analyzed by using the space syntax model.The results show that according to the kernel density analysis and the imbalance index,the spatial layout of traditional villages in Lishui City is relatively unbalanced.The villages are mainly concentrated in Songyang County,Jingning She Autonomous County and Longquan City,and the distribution presents a condensed spatial layout.On the whole,most of the traditional villages in Lishui City are located in the areas with high altitude,low and sunny slope,low urbanization level,inconvenient transport and far away from rivers and lakes.In addition,the architectural structure,appearance and layout,clan customs,and local customs of the existing Chinese traditional villages in Songjiang County have been completely preserved through the ancient houses.Corresponding measures have been taken to reasonably coordinate the relationship between village development,protection and inheritance,and the pilot results have been highly praised by all parties.
