高职院校“双师型”教师专业发展的内涵特征及路径 被引量:1

摘要 “双师型”是高职教育类型特征在教师专业发展中的凸显,是高职院校高水平教师队伍建设的关键所在。新时代,“双师型”教师被赋予了新的内涵,专业发展的素养结构围绕高职院校的职能多元化呈现。高职院校师资队伍“提质培优”,建议从构建“双师型”教师专业发展标准、创新培养模式、多元化评价等角度着手,高质量推进“双师型”教师的专业发展,建设师德高尚、技艺精湛的高素质“双师型”教师队伍。 “Double qualified”is the prominent characteristic of higher vocational education in the development of teachers'profession,and it is the key to the construction of high-level teachers in higher vocational colleges.In the era,the connotation development of“double qualified”teachers is endowed with new connotation,and the literacy structure of professional development is presented around the functional diversification of higher vocational colleges.To“improve the quality and cultivate excellent teachers”in higher vocational colleges,it is suggested to promote the professional development of“double qualified”teachers with high quality and build a high-quality“double qualified”teacher team with noble teachers'ethics and exquisite skills from the perspective of building“double qualified”teachers'professional development standards,innovative training modes and diversified evaluation.
