大学生创业模式的影响因素对比分析——基于温州11所高校创业大学生为例

The Comparative Analysis on Different influence Factors of the College Students’Entrepreneurial Modes——Based on the Example of Entrepreneurship College Students from 11 Universities in Wenzhou

在“大众创业,万众创新”创新驱动发展的战略实施背景下,大学生创业研究成果日新月异,但创业影响因素对大学生选择创业模式的重要性缺乏深入研究。通过实证研究将创业资源、创业能力和创业环境三个因素对网络创业、加盟创业、传统个体创业、职业孵化创业这四种创业模式的影响进行对比分析,明确各影响因素对大学生创业模式的作用。实证结果显示:创业资源对于创业模式的选择不具备统计学上的显著性差异;创业能力对网络创业的重要性要高于传统个体创业;创业环境对选择加盟创业的影响程度高于其他三种创业模式。

The research achievements of college students’entrepreneurship are updated rapidly in the background of the innovation-driven development strategy of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,however,there is a lack of in-depth research on the importance of entrepreneurial factors to college students’choice of entrepreneurial modes.Through empirical research,this paper makes a comparative analysis between the factors which are entrepreneurial resources,entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial environment and the four entrepreneurial modes which are network entrepreneurship,franchise entrepreneurship,traditional individual entrepreneurship and career incubation entrepreneurship to clarify the effect of each factor on the entrepreneurial modes of college students.The empirical results show that there is no statistically significant difference between entrepreneurial resources and entrepreneurial modes.The importance of entrepreneurial ability to network entrepreneurship is higher than that of traditional individual entrepreneurship.The degree of influence of the entrepreneurial environment on the choice of franchise entrepreneurship is higher than the other three entrepreneurial modes.
