随着社会经济的高速发展,无论是天气预报还是其他类型的气象服务,其都需要综合气象观测业务提供支持。然而由于各类客观因素产生的影响,导致综合气象观测业务中出现了较多问题。因此,首先阐述了综合气象观测的重要性和基本要点;其次,深入分析了当前综合气象观测业务开展进程中存在的问题;在此基础上,提出综合气象观测业务质量提高的具体措施。

With the rapid development of social economy,both weather forecast and other types of meteorological services need comprehensive meteorological observation services to provide support.However,due to the influence of various objective factors,there are many problems in the comprehensive meteorological observation operation.Therefore,the importance and basic points of comprehensive meteorological observation are expounded first.Secondly,the problems existing in the development process of comprehensive meteorological observation are deeply analyzed.Based on this the concrete measures for improving the quality of comprehensive meteorological observation are put forward.
