Maintenance of Seafarers’Mental Health under Regular Epidemic Prevention and Control

船员是我国航运建设的主力军,其心理健康关系到个体健康、家庭和谐、行业发展与社会稳定。探讨了常态化疫情防控下船员心理健康面临的挑战和机遇,强调了建设船员心理健康支持与服务体系的重要性,并提出有效举措,以期为我国船员心理健康发展提供借鉴与参考。

Seafarers are the main force for the shipping development in China.Their mental health bears on individual health,family harmony,industry development and social stability.This paper studies the challenges and opportunities for seafarers’mental health under normalized epidemic prevention and control,emphasizes the importance of enhancing the mental health support and service system for seafarers,and proposes effective measures that can be taken to provide reference for the development of seafarers’mental health in China.
