摘要
为助力国家高素质船员队伍建设,促进我国船员队伍的可持续发展,通过构建“校企双元、校船联动”的高素质船员培养模式,建立“五位一体”的模块化课程体系,建设“功能集约、资源共享”的航海相关专业校船立体化实践教学平台,打造“双师双能、专兼混编”的高水平教学团队等多种措施,进行高职航海相关专业高素质船员培养模式的探索与实践,为各院校航海相关专业人才培养提供借鉴。
In order to facilitate the development of China’s high-quality seafarers team and promote its sustainable development,various measures have been taken,such as the establishment of“school-enterprise cooperation,school-ship linkage”high-quality crew training mode,the development of the“five-in-one”modular curriculum system,the construction of a function-intensive and resource-sharing three-dimensional practice teaching platform for marine professional colleges,and the building of a high-level dual-qualification and dual-capablilty teaching team combining full-time and part-time teachers.Through the above measures,studies and practice have been conducted on the high-quality seafarer education mode for marine vocational colleges and reference is provided for similar colleges.
