摘要
目的:分析孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德对哮喘患儿肺功能及血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月聊城市东昌府人民医院收治的302例哮喘患儿作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各151例。观察组采用孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德进行治疗,对照组单独应用布地奈德进行治疗,两组均治疗4周。比较两组疗效、肺功能及血清炎性因子水平。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4周后,两组第1秒用力呼气量、第1秒用力呼气量/用力肺活量、呼气流速25%及呼气流速50%均高于治疗前,且观察组各指标均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4周后,两组血清白介素-6、血清白介素-8、血清白介素-17、肿瘤坏死因子-α及超敏C反应蛋白值均低于治疗前,且观察组各指标均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德对哮喘患儿进行治疗,可有效改善患儿肺功能,降低血清炎性因子水平,具有较好的治疗效果。
Objective: To analyze the effects of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide on lung function and levels ofserum inflammatory factors in children with asthma. Methods: From January 2019 to December 2020, 302 children with asthmaadmitted to Dongchangfu People’s Hospital of Liaocheng City were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into twogroups, with 151 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with montelukast sodium combined with budesonide, andthe control group was treated with budesonide alone. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The curative effect, lung function andlevels of serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate in the observationgroup was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After 4 weeks oftreatment, the forced expiratory volume in first second, forced expiratory volume/forced vital capacity in first second, expiratoryflow rate of 25% and expiratory flow rate of 50% in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and each index in theobservation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). After 4 weeks oftreatment, the levels of serum interleukin-6, serum interleukin-8, serum interleukin-17, tumor necrosis factor-α and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and each index in the observation groupwas lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: Montelukast sodiumcombined with budesonide in the treatment of children with asthma could effectively improve the lung function of children, reducethe level of serum inflammatory factors, and have a good therapeutic effect.
