经颅多普勒超声联合颈动脉彩超检查在脑梗死中的应用分析

目的:分析对脑梗死患者开展颈动脉彩超、经颅多普勒超声(TCD)联合检查的临床价值。方法:选取2019年11月-2021年1月广饶县中医院收治的37例脑梗死患者作为观察组,同期进行体检的37例健康人员作为对照组。对两组研究对象TCD及颈动脉彩超检查,分析检出率。结果:观察组TCD检测颅外段病变、血管完全或部分闲置、血管狭窄检出率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组内膜增厚、斑块、血管狭窄及血管闭塞检出率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脑梗死患者开展颈动脉彩超、TCD联合检查的临床价值较高,可充分显示患者的脑梗死病变情况,具有较高的准确率,对于疾病的预防和诊疗具有重要意义,临床可积极推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of combined examination of carotid color Doppler ultrasound and transcranial color Doppler ultrasound(TCD)in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:From November 2019 to January 2021,37 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Guangrao County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the observation group,and 37 healthy people who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The TCD and carotid color Doppler ultrasound were performed in two groups,and the detection rate was analyzed.Results:The detection rates of extracranial lesions,completely or partially idle blood vessels,and vascular stenosis detected by TCD in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rates of intimal thickening,plaque,vascular stenosis and vascular occlusion in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical value of combined carotid color Doppler ultrasound with TCD in patients with cerebral infarction is high,which can fully display the cerebral infarction lesions of patients,with a high accuracy rate,it has a great significance for disease prevention,diagnosis and treatment,and can be actively used and promoted in clinical practice.
