康复护理干预对糖尿病肾病患者病情的延缓作用研究

Delaying Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention in Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:探讨糖尿病肾病患者行康复护理干预对其病情延缓的效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年12月苏州市吴中人民医院收治的60例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,以抽签方式分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行康复护理。监测对比两组患者护理前后血糖、血压水平,调查两组患者对此次护理的满意度。结果:护理前,两组患者血压、血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者血糖、血压水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病肾病患者行康复护理干预能够帮助其控制血糖及血压,延缓病情发展,促进护患关系融洽,值得运用并推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with diabetic nephropathy on the delay of the patient's condition.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2020,60 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to Wuzhong People's Hospital of Suzhou City were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by lottery,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care and the observation group received rehabilitation nursing care.The blood glucose and blood pressure levels in the two groups of patients before and after nursing were monitored and compared,and the nursing satisfaction in the two groups of patients was investigated.Results:Before nursing,there was no statistical difference in blood pressure and blood glucose levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the blood glucose and blood pressure levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with diabetic nephropathy can help control blood glucose and blood pressure,slow down the development of the disease and promote a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.It is worthy of application and promotion.
