人性化干预应用于精神发育迟滞伴精神障碍患者中的效果研究

Effect of Humanized Intervention in Patients with Mental Retardation and Mental Disorder

目的:分析人性化干预应用于精神发育迟滞伴精神障碍患者中的效果。方法:选取2018年9月-2020年9月昆明市精神病院收治的66例精神发育迟滞伴精神障碍患者作为研究对象,分为对照组与观察组,各33例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用人性化护理干预。对比两组患者的护理依从性、社会功能缺陷情况、病情恢复情况以及生活质量。结果:观察组患者的护理依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的社会功能缺陷和病情恢复情况评分均低于对照组,生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化干预应用于精神发育迟滞伴精神障碍患者的效果显著,能够提升患者的护理依从性和生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of humanized intervention in patients with mental retardation accompanied by mental disorders.Methods:A total of 66 patients with mental retardation and mental disorders admitted to Kunming Psychiatric Hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the study subjects and divided into control group and observation group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with humanized nursing intervention.The nursing compliance,social function defect,condition recovery and quality of life of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The compliance rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of social function deficit and condition recovery of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the scores of quality of life were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized intervention has a significant effect in patients with mental retardation accompanied by mental disorders,which can improve patients'nursing compliance and quality of life.
