摘要
目的:探讨志愿抽血护士模式在门诊工作中的应用效果。方法:将2018年3月所有门诊抽血患者27039例设为对照组,2021年1月所有门诊抽血患者29433例设为观察组。2018年3月前无志愿抽血护士,仅为门诊护士,开放抽血窗口7~8个。2021年1月每天在门诊增加志愿抽血护士2~3名,开放抽血窗口10~11个。于2018年7月在门诊抽血室正式试行志愿抽血护士模式,每天在门诊抽血高峰时间段8:00-11:00增加2~3名志愿抽血护士协助抽血。比较实行志愿抽血护士模式前后患者的抽血平均等候时间、最长等候时间及满意度。结果:观察组抽血排队平均等候时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者抽血排队最长等候时间由2018年3月的60 min降为2021年1月的10 min。观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:志愿抽血服务能够充分调动护士的积极性,使其劳动价值得到体现,同时能够为医院节约用人成本,提升患者就医体验,提高患者满意度,对推动门诊优质服务发挥重要作用,值得推广应用。
Objective: To explore the application effect of the volunteer blood-drawing nurse model in outpatient work. Methods:All 27 039 outpatient blood-drawing patients in March 2018 were set as the control group, and 29 433 outpatient blood-drawing patients in January 2021 were set as the observation group. Before March 2018, there were no volunteer blood-drawing nurses,only outpatient nurses, with 7-8 blood-drawing windows open. In January 2021, 2-3 volunteer blood-drawing nurses have been added to the outpatient department every day, with 10-11 blood-drawing windows open. In July 2018, the volunteer blooddrawing nurse model was officially piloted in the outpatient blood-drawing room, and 2 to 3 volunteer blood-drawing nurses were added to assist in blood drawing during the peak time(from 8:00 to 11:00) of blood-drawing in the outpatient department every day. The average waiting time, longest waiting time and satisfaction of patients before and after the implementation of the volunteer blood-drawing nurse model were compared. Results: The average waiting time in the observation group for blood drawing was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The longest waiting time for patients queuing for blood drawing was reduced from 60 minutes in March 2018 to 10 minutes in January 2021. The patient’s satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Volunteer blood drawing service can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses and reflect the value of their labor.At the same time, it can save labor costs for hospitals, improve patients’ medical experience, and improve patient’s satisfaction. It plays an important role in promoting high-quality outpatient services and is worthy of popularization and application..
