rb-bFGF联合西地碘含片治疗儿童口腔溃疡疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of rb-bFGF Combined with Cydiodine Buccal Tablets in the Treatment of Oral Ulcer in Children

目的探讨重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rb⁃bFGF)联合西地碘含片治疗儿童口腔溃疡的临床效果。方法选取2020年5月至2021年6月尉氏县人民医院收治的122例口腔溃疡患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其随机分为观察组(61例)与对照组(61例)。观察组患儿采用rb⁃bFGF联合西地碘含片治疗,对照组患儿单纯采用西地碘含片治疗,对比观察两组患儿免疫功能指标与炎症因子水平以及临床疗效。结果治疗7 d后,观察组患儿CD4^(+)、CD3+、CD4^(+)/CD8+、γ干扰素(INF⁃γ)水平均明显高于对照组(t=12.707、4.583、6.921、5.553,P均<0.001),CD8+、肿瘤坏死因子⁃α(TNF⁃α)、白细胞介素⁃2(IL⁃2)、白细胞介素⁃8(IL⁃8)水平均明显低于对照组(t=3.707、13.347、7.100、7.865,P均<0.001);观察组患儿中显效24例、有效30例、好转6例、无效1例,明显优于对照组患儿的显效18例、有效26例、好转9例、无效8例(Z=-2.023,P=0.043)。结论rb⁃bFGF联合西地碘含片治疗儿童口腔溃疡,可有效提高患儿机体免疫功能,降低炎症反应程度,减轻临床症状,疗效显著。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of recombined bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(rb⁃bFGF)combined with Cydiodine Buccal Tablets in treating oral ulcer in children.Methods 122 children patients with oral ulcer admitted into Weishi People’s Hospital from May 2020 to June 2021,were enrolled as research subjects,and divided into observation group(n=61)and control group(n=61)using the random number table.Patients in observation group were treated with rb⁃bFGF plus Cydiodine Buccal Tablets,while patients in control group were treated with Cydiodine Buccal Tablets alone.The levels of immune indexes and inflammatory factors,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After 7 days of treatment,the levels of CD4^(+),CD3+,CD4^(+)/CD8+andγ⁃interferon(INF⁃γ)of patients in observation group were all obviously higher than that in control group(t=12.707,4.583,6.921 and 5.553,all P<0.001),while the levels of CD8+,tumor necrosis factor⁃α(TNF⁃α),interleukin⁃2(IL⁃2)and interleukin⁃8(IL⁃8)were markedly lower compared with control group(t=3.707,13.347,7.100 and 7.865,all P<0.001).The clinical efficacy was evaluated as markedly effective in 24 cases,effective in 30 cases,turning better in 6 cases and ineffective in one case in observation group,which was obviously superior to control group⁃markedly effective in 18 cases,effective in 26 cases,turning better in 9 cases and ineffective in 8 cases(Z=-2.023,P=0.043).Conclusion The combined applica⁃tion of rb⁃bFGF and Cydiodine Buccal Tablets in the treatment of children oral ulcer can effectively improve the immune functions of children,decrease their inflammatory responses and alleviate clinical symptoms,and the clinical efficacy was definite.
