数字经济对中国城市绿色发展的影响作用研究

Research on the Impact of China’s Digital Economy on Urban Green Development

研究目标:检验数字经济对地区绿色发展水平的影响及其作用差异。研究方法:运用效率分析、熵值法测度2011~2018年全国285个地级及以上城市的数字经济和绿色发展水平,并采取面板模型探讨数字经济发展对地区绿色发展的影响作用。研究发现:研究期间我国各地级市的数字经济和绿色发展水平区域差异较大,数字经济对城市绿色发展具有促进作用,但该作用存在时滞性和异质性。研究创新:基于上市公司企业数据库,筛选建立全国数字经济企业数据集与城市层面匹配数据,从微观视角对地区的数字经济和绿色发展水平进行测度。研究价值:从数字经济发展角度,为我国绿色发展转型路径的政策设计提供参考。

Research Objectives:To examine the impact of the digital economy on the level of regional green development and its differences.Research Methods:Efficiency analysis and entropy method are used to measure the digital economy and green development level of 285 cities at the prefecture level and above from 2011 to 2018,and a panel model is used to explore the impact of digital economic development on regional green development.Research Findings:During the study period,the digital economy and green development levels of cities at different levels in China are quite different.The digital economy has a promoting effect on the green development of cities,but the effect has time lag and heterogeneity.Research Findings:Based on the enterprise database of listed companies,the national digital economy enterprise dataset and city-level matching data are screened and established,and the regional digital economy and green development level are measured from a micro perspective.Research Value:From the perspective of digital economy development,it provides a reference for the policy design of China’s green development transformation path.
