Review and prospect on the turbid toxin theory

浊毒理论由国医大师李佃贵首创提出,是中医学术体系的重要组成部分。浊毒理论在中医药发展史上经历了4个里程碑式的发展时期,即先秦时期《内经》奠定理论基础,汉唐时期为临床打下了基础,宋元明清时期丰富了浊与毒的临床应用,完善于当代。经过文献整理与研究、临床与基础研究,于当代系统构建了浊毒理论体系,在科研、临床等方面均取得了显著进展,但是未来仍需要不断丰富浊毒理论,加强临床证治研究,加强人才培养及科研平台的建设。回顾浊毒理论的发展历程并在此基础上展望未来发展方向,对推动中医药的进步具有重要意义。

The turbid toxin theory is invented by LI Diangui,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,and is an important part of the academic system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The turbid toxin theory experiences four milestone stages in the history of Chinese medicine,including the theory foundation stage laid by feat of Neijing in the Qre-qin period,clinical foundation stage established in the Han and Tang dynasties,enrichment stage in the Song,Yuan,Ming and Qing dynasties,and perfection stage in the modern times.A theoretical system of the turbid toxin theory has been established systematically in the contemporary era by means of literature collation and research,clinical research,and remarkable progress has been made in scientific research,clinical and other aspects,whereas it is required to enrich the turbid toxin theory,tighten the research of clinical syndromes and treatments,strengthen the cultivation of talents and setup of scientific research platform.It is of great significance to promote the progress of TCM by reviewing the development of the turbid toxin theory and looking forward to the future direction on that basis.
