温针灸联合玉屏风汤对变应性鼻炎患者鼻部症状总评分、肺功能及血清Toll样受体2水平的影响

Effects of warming needle moxibustion combined with yupingfeng decoction on total nasal symptom score and lung function and Toll-like receptor 2 of patients with allergic rhinitis

目的观察温针灸联合玉屏风汤对变应性鼻炎患者鼻部症状总评分(TNSS)、肺功能及血清Toll样受体2(TLR2)水平的影响。方法选取变应性鼻炎脾气虚弱证患者95例,按照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组48例采用常规西药治疗,观察组47例在对照组治疗基础上加温针灸联合玉屏风汤治疗。比较2组治疗前后TNSS及用力肺活量占预计值百分比(FVC%)、第1 s用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV_(1)%)、最大呼气峰流速占预计值百分比(PEF%)、平静呼气肺活量占预计值百分比(VC%)、TLR2及白细胞介素4(IL-4)水平变化,比较2组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率97.87%(46/47),对照组总有效率85.42%(41/48),观察组总有效率高于对照组(χ^(2=)4.777,P<0.05)。治疗后,2组TNSS各项评分、血清TLR2及IL-4水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),FVC%、FEV_(1)%、PEF%、VC%均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组变化较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。结论温针灸联合玉屏风汤对变应性鼻炎患者有较好的疗效,可以有效改善患者鼻部症状、肺功能,还能降低体内炎症相关因子水平,缓解病情。

Objective To explore the application value of warming needle moxibustion combined with combined with yupingfeng decoction on total nasal symptom score(TNSS)and lung function and Toll-like receptor 2(TLR2)of patients with allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods A total of 95 AR patients treated in our hospital between October 2019 and December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.48 cases in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and 47 patients in the observation group were treated with warming needle moxibustion combined with Yupingfeng Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.the aiming was to compare TNSS,the percentage of forced vital capacity(FVC%),expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV_(1)%),peak expiratory flow(PEF%),normal respiration vital capacity in estimated value(VC%)and the levels of TLR2 and Interleukin-4(IL-4)between 2 groups before and after treatment.Result The total effective rate was 97.87%(46/47)in the observation group and 85.42%(41/48)in the control group.The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(χ^(2)=4.777,P<0.05).After treatment,the TNSS scores,serum TLR2 and IL-4 levels in the two groups were lower(P<0.05).FVC%,FEV_(1)%,PEF%and VC% were all elevateed(P<0.05),and the changes in the observation group were more common(P<0.05).Conclusion For AR patients,warming needle moxibustion combined with Yupingfeng Decoction has a good effect,It can effectively improve the patient's nasal symptoms and lung function,and can also reduce the level of inflammation in the patient's body and relieve the condition.
