针灸联合康复训练对孤独症谱系障碍患儿智力康复及语言障碍的影响

Effects of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on intelligence rehabilitation and language impairment in children with autism spectrum disorder

目的观察针灸联合康复训练对孤独症谱系障碍患儿智力康复及语言障碍的影响。方法本次选择2019年10月至2021年3月于开封市中医院治疗的孤独症谱系障碍患儿88例作为研究对象,按随机数字表进行分组,分为对照组和观察组,每组44例,对照组给予康复训练治疗,观察组给予针灸联合康复训练治疗。比较患儿的韦氏幼儿智力量表(WPPSI)评分、孤独症儿童心理教育评核量表(PEP-3)评分、儿童孤独症量表(CARS)评分及孤独症行为评价量表(ABC)评分。结果①两组患儿治疗后的WPPSI评分比治疗前高(P<0.05),观察组患儿治疗后WPPSI评分:总智商(108.78±10.83)分、推理(106.58±9.87)分、视觉空间(103.13±10.76)分、加工速度(98.53±9.15)分、言语理解(109.85±9.82)分、工作记忆(101.23±9.26)分显著高于对照组的(97.24±9.65)分、(100.41±9.34)分、(98.24±10.46)分、(88.38±8.91)分、(103.28±9.72)分、(95.68±9.04)分,P<0.05。②两组患儿治疗后的PEP-3评分比治疗前高(P<0.05),观察组患儿治疗后的PEP-3评分:语言理解(38.42±4.48)分、认知(62.21±7.42)分、情感表达(27.34±4.86)分、语言表达(34.52±6.38)分、模仿(24.32±3.35)分、行为特征-语言(20.42±4.48)分、大肌肉(42.42±5.24)分、小肌肉(48.13±5.64)分、行为特征-非语言(36.52±5.36)分、社交互动(24.35±3.47)分显著高于对照组的(31.62±4.15)分、(51.53±6.76)分、(23.53±4.02)分、(29.38±5.41)分、(20.68±2.96)分、(15.62±4.25)分、(38.73±4.85)分、(40.43±5.06)分、(31.38±5.13)分、(20.08±3.05)分,P<0.05。③两组患儿治疗后的CARS、ABC评分比治疗前低(P<0.05),观察组患儿治疗后的CARS评分(28.15±3.37)分、ABC评分(61.85±5.34)分低于对照组的(32.32±3.69)分、(65.45±6.58)分,P<0.05。结论针灸联合康复训练治疗孤独症谱系障碍患儿,可以提高患儿的智力水平,促进患儿恢复认知、语言、行为功能,改善患儿的症状,利于病情的恢复。

Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on intelligence rehabilitation and language impairment in children with autism spectrum d isorder.Methods In this study,88 children with autism spectrum disorder who were treated in Kaifeng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given acupuncture combined rehabilitation training.Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence(WPPSI),Psychoeducational Profile(Third Edition)(PEP-3)scale for children with autism,Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS)and Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC)scale were compared.Results①The WPPSI score of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).The WPPSI scores of the observation group after treatment were as follows:Total IQ(108.78±10.83),reasoning(106.58±9.87),visuospatial(103.13±10.76),processing speed(98.53±9.15),verbal comprehension(109.85±9.82)and working memory(101.23±9.26)were significantly higher than those of control group(97.24±9.65),(100.41±9.34),(98.24±10.46),(88.38±8.91),(103.28±9.72),and(95.68±9.04),P<0.05.②The PEP-3 score of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).The PEP-3 score of the observation group after treatment was as follows:Language comprehension(38.42±4.48),cognition(62.21±7.42),emotional expression(27.34±4.86),language expression(34.52±6.38),imitation(24.32±3.35),behavioral characteristics-language(20.42±4.48),and gross muscle(42.42±5.24),small muscles(48.13±5.64),and behavioral characteristics-the language(36.52±5.36),the social interaction(24.35±3.47)were significantly higher than control group(31.62±4.15),(51.53±6.76),(23.53±4.02),(29.38±5.41),(20.68±2.96),(15.62±4.25),(38.73±4.85),(40.43±5.06),(31.38±5.13),(20.08±3.05),P<0.05.③After treatment,the scores of CARS and ABC in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of CARS and ABC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(32.32±3.69)and(65.45±6.58),P<0.05.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of children with autism spectrum disorder can improve the intelligence level of children,promote the recovery of cognitive,language and behavioral functions of children,improve the symptoms of children,and is conducive to the recovery of the disease.
