柴芍六君子汤联合消炎利胆胶囊治疗慢性胆囊炎患者的效果观察

目的分析慢性胆囊炎患者采用柴芍六君子汤联合消炎利胆胶囊治疗的临床疗效及对胆囊、肝功能、炎症因子的影响。方法纳入158例于2019年12月至2021年12月接受治疗的慢性胆囊炎患者为研究对象,将其按分层抽样法分为胶囊治疗组72例、联合汤药组86例,两组分别采用消炎利胆胶囊,柴芍六君子汤联合消炎利胆胶囊治疗。观察两组临床指标变化。结果治疗后胶囊治疗组谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)分别为(35.18±3.52)IU/L、(38.49±3.87)IU/L、(7.38±0.79)μmol/L、(15.69±1.58)mg/L、(52.13±5.24)pg/mL、(1.96±0.22)mg/L,高于联合汤药组的(26.14±2.63)IU/L、(30.14±3.05)IU/L、(5.12±0.54)μmol/L、(12.03±1.25)mg/L、(41.06±4.13)pg/mL、(1.23±0.14)mg/L。相较于胶囊治疗组,联合汤药组中医证候积分较低(P<0.05);胆囊收缩功能较强(P<0.05);胆囊壁厚度、胆囊容积较小(P<0.05);治疗总有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论柴芍六君子汤联合消炎利胆胶囊可有效改善慢性胆囊炎患者临床症状、胆囊功能,减轻机体炎症反应,提高治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Chaishao Liujunzi decoction combined with anti-inflammatory Xiaoyan Lidan capsule in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis and its effect on gallbladder,liver function and inflammatory factors.Methods 158 patients with chronic cholecystitis who were treated from December 2019 to December 2021 were included as the research objects.They were divided into capsule treatment group(72 cases)and combined decoction group(86 cases)by stratified sampling method.The two groups were treated with Xiaoyan Lidan capsule and Chaishao Liujunzi decoction combined with Xiaoyan Lidan capsule respectively.The changes of clinical indexes in the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total bilirubin(TBIL),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were(35.18±3.52)IU/L,(38.49±3.87)IU/L,(7.38±0.79)μmol/L,(15.69±1.58)mg/L,(52.13±5.24)pg/mL,(1.96±0.22)mg/L,respectively in the capsule treatment group,which were higher than(26.14±2.63)IU/L,(30.14±3.05)IU/L,(5.12±0.54)μmol/L,(12.03±1.25)mg/L,(41.06±4.13)pg/mL,(1.23±0.14)mg/L in the combined decoction group.Compared with the capsule treatment group,the TCM syndrome score of the combined decoction group was lower(P<0.05);Gallbladder contractile function was stronger(P<0.05);Gallbladder wall thickness and gallbladder volume were smaller(P<0.05);The total effective rate was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaishao Liujunzi decoction combined with Xiaoyan Lidan capsule can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and gallbladder function of patients with chronic cholecystitis,reduce the inflammatory reaction of the body and improve the treatment effect.
