摘要
大学治理是国家治理的重要组成部分。文章基于大学治理能力现代化这一时代要求,围绕大学管理人员专业化发展命题,通过问卷调查以及走访座谈等形式,梳理总结了大学治理能力现代化和大学管理人员专业化发展的内涵,分析了我国大学管理人员专业化发展面临着专业化发展基础薄弱、职业晋升发展渠道单一、薪酬体系不科学、考核评价体系不完善、引进退出机制不健全等诸多问题,提出要在“职业信仰”“顶层设计”“培训实践”“绩效考核”四个方面下功夫的解决路径,冀能为强化大学管理人员专业化发展,提升大学管理人员治理能力,推进大学治理体系和治理能力现代化,推动我国高等教育事业高质量发展提供一定的参考。
University governance is an important part of national governance.Based on the requirements of the times-the modernization of university governance ability,focusing on the professional development of university administrators,this paper summarizes the connotation of the university governance modernization and the professional development of university administrators through questionnaires and interviews.It’s found that the professional development of university administrators in China faces the following problems:weak foundation of professional development,single career promotion development channel,unscientific salary system,imperfect assessment and evaluation system,insufficient bring-in and exit mechanism.This paper proposes four solutions:“professional belief”,“top-level design”,“training practice”and“performance appraisal”,hoping to provide some reference resources for strengthening the professional development of university administrators,improving the governance ability of university administrators,driving the modernization of university governance system and ability,and promoting the high-quality development of higher education in China.
