摘要
针对某600 MW超临界汽轮发电机组检修后出现轴系振动异常的现象,通过分析振动特征并结合检修期间的工作,得出振动异常原因是轴系质量不平衡的重新分布,并提出了动平衡的解决方案。介绍了2种成功解决振动异常的动平衡方法,可为同类型机组解决振动异常问题提供参考。
According to the shafting abnormal vibration phenomenon of a 600 MW supercritical steam turbine after repairing,through the analysis of the vibration characteristics and the maintenance during the repairing,it is concluded that the abnormal vibration is the redistribution of the unbalanced shafting quality,and proposes the solution of unbalanced shafting quality.It introduces 2 ways of dy⁃namic balance method,which solves the abnormal vibration.It can provide reference for solving the abnormal vibration problems of the same type units.
