摘要
在工程机械生产线上引入智能装配技术,可有效提高生产制造的效率,降低长期的生产成本。这种智能化装配生产线对物联网技术具有较高的依赖性,需要对智能化装配生产线上距离、压力、电流强度等各种工艺参数进行实时有效的监控,文章着重研究了工业物联网技术在工程机械智能装配生产线中的应用策略。
Introducing intelligent assembly technology on the construction machinery production line can effectively improve the production efficiency and reduce the long-term production cost.This intelligent assembly production line has a high dependence on the Internet of Things technology,and requires real-time and effective monitoring of various process parameters such as distance,pressure and current intensity on the intelligent assembly production line.This paper focuses on the application strategy of the industrial Internet of Things technology in the intelligent assembly production line of construction machinery.
