“1+X”证书下工业互联网应用教学案例设计——以武汉城市职业学院为例

文章依据工业互联网实施与运维“1+X”职业技能等级证书标准,选取徐工汉云工业互联网平台,以汽车加工过程为教学实施对象,对工业互联网整体运维流程进行了梳理和分析,重新设计综合应用教学案例。通过综合案例,文章阐述工业互联网实施与运维“1+X”证书具体实施过程,让学生对工业互联网整体流程有更全面的了解,对工业互联网如何改造和升级传统行业有更深刻的认识,弥补传统教学的不足,为X证书职业技能考核与课程教学考核同步评价奠定了基础。

According to the industrial Internet implementation and operation and maintenance“1+X”vocational skill level certificate standard,the XCMG Hanyun industrial Internet platform is selected,the automobile processing process is used as the teaching and implementation object,and the overall operation and maintenance process of the industrial Internet is sorted,analyzed and redesigned as comprehensive application teaching case.Through comprehensive cases,the paper explains the specific implementation process of the industrial Internet implementation and operation and maintenance“1+X”certificate,so that students have a more comprehensive understanding of the overall process of the industrial Internet,and a deeper understanding of how the industrial Internet can transform and upgrade traditional industries.The shortcomings of traditional teaching have laid the foundation for the simultaneous evaluation of X-certificate vocational skills assessment and course teaching assessment.
