摘要
文章通过对5050铝合金进行不同程度的冷变形拉伸加工和稳定化热处理,测定其硬度和耐腐蚀性能的变化。试验发现,当挤压条件相同时,单相合金的剥落腐蚀敏感性倾向随镁含量和冷变形量的增加而增大;对于含杂质相较多的合金,冷变形量在2%左右,采取345℃×30min的稳定化退火处理,合金可获得更高的硬度和更好的耐蚀性。
In this paper,the hardness and corrosion resistance of 5050 aluminum alloy are measured by cold deformation drawing and stabilization heat treatment.When the extrusion conditions are the same,the spalling corrosion sensitivity tends to increase with the increase of magnesium content and cold deformation.The alloy containg more impurities can obtain higher hardness and better corrosion resistance by using 345℃×30min stabilized annealing treatment at about 2%cold deformation.
