文章结合在线锯切设备开发和使用存在的技术难点及问题,设计开发了一种新型双锯片铝材在线交替中断装置,解决了在线锯切设备目前存在的噪音大、排屑困难、型材质量低等问题,实现了在线锯切设备的技术改进,提升了在线锯切设备的生产质量以及生产效率。

Combined with online cutting equipment development and use of the technical difficulties and problems,this paper designed and developed a new type of double blade aluminum online alternate interrupt device,sloves the sawing equipment existing online noise,chip removal difficult,low profile quality problem,has realized the online cutting equipment technical improvement,improved online cutting equipment of the production quality and production efficiency.
